wonderful hotel and fab access to Aquamotion

We booked a very large suite and it was so comfortable. It is huge, with 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a small kitchen area and a large living room area. We had breakfast and gouter in our booking. Gouter was everyday from 3pm and was a buffet of lots of yummy things like cake, croissants and macarons. That was really enjoyable.

As we went at the very end of the season, some things were unavailable on the menu (we heard "c'est la fin de la saison" on a daily basis!) It was fine but became quite funny after a while! We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 days access to the Aquamotion, it would have been good to get 3 days included.

Phenomenal family week skiing

Well used to staying at four and five star ski hotels and Ecrin Blanc was excellent. The staff were superb and the facilities for all but especially children were fantastic- we will be back (the valet staff in particular were excellent)

From our checkin to checkout our experience was extremely positive. Morin checked us in and gave our entire family an upgrade, she was really nice and welcoming. Alex at the kids club was amazing with the twins. The concierge Leonie was very helpful and all her recommendations were good. The staff at the ski shop were excellent and got us equipped for skiing with little effort from our side. The aqua-motion was great and has an adults only area as well. We will definitely be back next year. Oh and I blame the pastry chef for the 2 extra kilos I returned home with! Delicious

I ‘ve probably had 2000 nights at different hotels throughout the world. Ecrin Blanc left a very very strong and positive impression and I listed it in my TOP 10 hotels. Staff, cleanliness, location, breakfast, hospitality… all top class! Well done to the management and all staff I interacted with. Well done. Looking forward to visiting you again, next time with my whole family!

Wonderful

The staff service cleanliness aquamotion. Special mention hugo at the restaurant. I felt ill on the 12th march night and called the reception. The front desk guy was so concerned that he brought me milk and fruits in less than 5 minutes. I don’t remember his name but I really want to thank him and appreciate his concern and gesture.

very spacious rooms , good price for that quaility . service of reception was perfect , consierges and a waiters

the manager of restaurant not very client oriented , we asked to change the table to other one and they said no , but the restaurant was empty and we just needed 30 min for eat fast . problem only with restaurant. actually it’s happening to us second year that we don’t like service of manager of restaurant.

wonderful relaxing time

loved the feel and design of the property. our apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. An incredible location for summer hikes, lakes and exploring . It must be even better in winter. it has a very cozy feel to it. The kids loved aquamotion a real bonus. Hamburger at the grill restaurant is not to be missed.

The service in the dinning room was not great but it was summer, so maybe that’s the issue. Strangely no cutlery or plates/ bowls in the apartment even though there is a full kitchen. I guess you can ask.

Fantastic stylish family hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous family-friendly hotel with our three children. The facilities were top-notch and our kids had a blast, especially at the aqua park which was definitely the highlight of our trip. They also had a great time playing games in the foyer. One afternoon, we took advantage of the kids club and our children loved every minute of it, enjoying the various games and crafts available. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. The staff were all incredibly friendly and took great care of us throughout our stay.

We couldn’t get a reservation for dinner the first night as we hadn’t booked. They did ask when we checked in and we just didn’t book it

Absolutely stunning hotel with friendly staff, great interior and excellent breakfast. The service and staff at the hotel makes you feel like you're in a 5* hotel. The aqua park was a bit crowded but I still think it is the best aqua park in France (at least it is brand new and everything works well).

Lunch/dinner could be better and cheaper.

Amazing pool with a lovely hotel attached.

The hotel had lots of facilities to keep us and our 5 year old entertained, with a games room and obviously the enormous pool across the road. It was worth staying here just for access to the pool. The room was comfortable with a lot of space. The food was good in the restaurant.

It was difficult to get things to eat outside of the standard restaurant times and meant driving to the nearest town to get snacks. A snack bar would have been helpful.

Nice and comfortable

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and well maintained; very clean and comfortable. The reception and parking personnel are very kind and helpful. We reserved the parking and the hotel provides a valet. The hotel is next to Aquamotion which offers a variety of pools, saunas and places for children. The access for guests to Aquamotion is facilitated via a tunnel under the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel provides several places for kids, it is very kid friendly.

The capacity of the restaurant is limited and you need to book in advance to have dinner (which we were not aware of); the personnel in the restaurant is nice but they mixed and forgot our order which was not a nice experience. At the breakfast we had to wait in line for some time due to the lack of eating space in the restaurant. The food was scarce and not of good quality.

The hotel was recent, clean, lots of amenities for a family: kiddies area, wooden games, table tennis, babyfoot, great seating area, restaurant ( limited menu but not bad), Olympic Games were broadcasted in a large area on a huge screen, valet service, breakfast good, daily cleaning service, concierge. Driving distances to other Courchevel. Tunnel access and limited access to Aqua Motion. Spa area with reduction. Overall - really good for a family. Only thing was lots of lollipops and sweets freely available at reception area !!!!
